Found this thru a google search and had a blast! Patrick was very informative, full of fun facts and took us thru some cool areas! I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a fun family tour!
My mom and I visited Texas on vacation. We’re from Ohio. We travelled from Dallas to Corpus Christi and back, and Your Biker Gang was the most fun thing we found! Cope was our guide and he was great. We got a better look at down town Austin and he pointed out a lot of cool street art and gave us background information on some of the really cool buildings. My favorite was the “narwhal” building. We ate at Torchys Tacos and it was DAMN GOOD, just like the sign said. I would definitely sign up for this again and to anyone who has never been to Austin, check them out! You’ll have a blast!!! By far, the highlight of our weekend getaway was driving these bikes around town touring the city. They are very easy to get used to and the guys at Your Biker Gang are very helpful and very nice people! Will definitely be back and I recommend 100% if you are planning a trip to Austin!
We had an amazing tour today! Tyler was a fantastic guide. We saw the city, laughed so much and enjoyed the stop at the food trucks midway. Our guide was a true city expert, and very entertaining the whole time! You have to do this if you're in town. The bikes get lots of attention - people you pass will be waving and smiling at you. Check it out!
This place is always good! Whether or not you’re looking for atmosphere, good food, or fun....I can always count on Chuys restaurant!!!
Daniel (aka Rooster) made learning how to ride and tooling around Austin great fun. He was knowledgable and friendly. I would highly recommend this tour!
Biker Gang tour with Cope was amazing. Cope was an excellent tour guide and made the ride around downtown Austin fun. I enjoyed most when we were honking at the people at the bar as they cheered us on. Also, we had a group of motorcycles pass us and they gave us a show which was really cool. We have plenty of pictures that Cope took of us which was a pleasure as well. Lastly, thanks to Cope I felt safe on the bikes and was able to ride smoothly. Definitely check it out if you’re in Austin.
The experience itself was amazing! Pair that with a great tour guide, the fun city of Austin and it is out of this world! I would definitely recommend this to anyone who wants to do a tour of the city. It's a very creative twist of getting around (instead of boring tour buses).
we loved riding around on the bikes- very fun. And our leader was fantastic- Gator... very knowledgeable about the city, history and the local folklore... he was amicable, funny and patient :)
My wife and I had a great tour with Tyler last week. We booked the 9:00 AM Thursday tour, and we were lucky enough to have the whole experience to ourselves. The weather was a bit chilly, but we had a great time.Tyler was safety-conscious, knowledgeable, and funny. I would definitely recommend this tour to others. It was a perfect way to get acquainted with Austin for first-time visitors like us.
I'm local, so I'll be back. I took my (70something) mom on a 9 a.m. vaguely-themed YBG tour (they offer some that are focused on specific aspects of Austin -- this one was more the general one) because it was her birthday and we had guests coming in to town and she still hasn't been downtown much. I expected the usual high points, just on a bike, and that would have been cool. What I got was a very enthusiastic and knowledgeable guide (Patrick) who took us on a tour that was an awesome combination of the usual high points and some fascinating side trips. (Dude knows a lot about all kinds of minutae, including chicken and tattoos and local plants and Texas history -- it totally didn't surprise me that he was a teacher in a past life!) We went places that I didn't know existed and had a blast. So, two thumbs up. And I would think this tour would be fine for almost anyone -- I drove because my mom gets nervous, but we were on easily operated, well maintained bikes and took safe, medium-traffic routes, and she totally could've handled it as well. Our fellow tour takers varied from college students on Spring break to, well, my mom. So anyone would enjoy it. And it's a pretty good deal for 2ish hours of really good guidance. Do it -- you'll be glad you did. More
