I'm local, so I'll be back. I took my (70something) mom on a 9 a.m. vaguely-themed YBG tour (they offer some that are focused on specific aspects of Austin -- this one was more the general one) because it was her birthday and we had guests coming in to town and she still hasn't been downtown much. I expected the usual high points, just on a bike, and that would have been cool. What I got was a very enthusiastic and knowledgeable guide (Patrick) who took us on a tour that was an awesome combination of the usual high points and some fascinating side trips. (Dude knows a lot about all kinds of minutae, including chicken and tattoos and local plants and Texas history -- it totally didn't surprise me that he was a teacher in a past life!) We went places that I didn't know existed and had a blast. So, two thumbs up. And I would think this tour would be fine for almost anyone -- I drove because my mom gets nervous, but we were on easily operated, well maintained bikes and took safe, medium-traffic routes, and she totally could've handled it as well. Our fellow tour takers varied from college students on Spring break to, well, my mom. So anyone would enjoy it. And it's a pretty good deal for 2ish hours of really good guidance. These are fun to drive, easy to drive & are a great way to tour the downtown area of Austin! We had family in town from Wisconsin & this was an amazing interactive way to get everyone around! Tyler, our tour guide, added fun and energy to the tour! If you're weary of not knowing how to ride this bike, don't be. We all learned the day of and were on the road in 15 minutes!

6 year old and 11 year old thought this was the highlight of our trip. Better than San Antonio zoo. River walk.... they wanted to do it all day. Tyler the guide was superb!

This was by far the highlight of our trip! SO MUCH FUN!!! The 2 guys, Peanut and Gator, were excellent. Fun and funny and knowledgeable. First off, they took us through how to ride the bike. Very safety conscious. And were very attentive throughout the tour checking in with us to make sure we were ok. Once I got over my initial nervousness of riding the bike (I've never ridden one before) I relaxed and it was easy to ride. Seriously, not hard at all. And I'm a small woman, only 5' tall and had no trouble whatsoever. And then we were off on the streets of downtown Austin. We stopped throughout the 2 hour tour for Peanut to shows us stuff as we went. There were 8 people in our "gang". And honestly the funnest and best thing we did in Austin. I can't recommend it enough!!!

This was the FUNNEST tour I’ve had! The guys were super friendly, funny, and you can tell they had fun doing their job! My husband and I were able to ride on one bike while touring which was nice! If you wanna have fun and tour the city- this is the place!

Recommend 100%SUPER friendly staff! Arrived a few minutes late due to traffic and staff was very accommodating! Neat location! Had prior scooter training before we road into the city. We did the noon ride and got lucky with cloudy, cool, perfect weather if I may add. We had a group of 8 and it was great.Dennis was our guide and did an awesome job at it** Cold water bottle was provided and a basket is on the scooter for your small personal belongings. Your welcome to take a small carry-on speaker if you'd like music. T-shirts and Hats are for sale for $20 and have the cool logo on it. Bathroom located inside if you must go before riding. Enjoy! You wont be dissapointed.

This was by far our favorite thing to do. U MUST request JUSTIN. Extremely knowledgeable of the city and so much fun. People on the street were jealous of us riding ;) Thank u Justin for making our experience in Austin one to remember!

Great Holiday ride to Mozart’s. The price of the ride was worth it just so you don’t have to try and find a place to park at Mozart’s. Our guide Tyler was great! We went on a record warm day for Austin, so it was perfect night. This was our second ride with them. Highly recommend.

Fantastic tour with Pat and Justin. Got to see a ton of the city while having fun and learning a lot. I would do this tour if you are in Austin!

What a great way to visit Austin, zoom to some of the major attractions, murals and more tucked away places ! Our guide Tyler was hilarious and engaging, making this an awesome afternoon. A must do!
